I don't remember at the moment, but there is a good chance the plugin (survey funnel) came from this forum. It was mentioned in the ARM course and sounded really nice to have, so I included it in my files, even before I had any idea I would be making mirrors.
I checked the threads about the plugin... the shared version in this thread is 1.00. I found 2.04 on the Web. Most current is version 4...
The plugin archive within your share is not encrypted itself, I checked it :-)

In lesson 19 Andre talks about an script that will be updated to work well,

Anyways:
The links are down as they were originally from another forum.
The author himself asked the other forum moderator to remove the links.
As the course is quite big if you include all the extras, I won't be able to make a full mirror.
Instead, you get a mirror for the main course PDF for you all.
That should suffice to get you the education it provides.
The videos mentioned in the course are all on youtube - with the exact titles as written there.
