Today this Camtasia Method stopped working for me.

It appeared a message saying "Counterfeit license of camtasia studio detected"

Is there a way to fix this?

I would guess something overwrote your settings in the hosts file.

Uninstall it and reinstall making sure to follow instructions.

Mine is working fine.

Version 8.6.0 (Build 2054) Aug 18 2015 (latest/current)
