You can wait on someone to post a review but as with all my past BSO's if you go back and look the content is usually so good, reviews are almost never posted by buyers for fear of saturation I guess.
PS: No ads, no referring. After everything is setup, you usually start earning within the first 24 - 48 hours after you get accepted and go live.

The companies we work with pays via Paypal or direct Bank deposits.
Ps: No, its not limited to specific countries.
