You will have to monitor your site by spending maybe an hr or less a day responding to support request etc. You will have to touch the site to update it ever so often but this is usually a one-click process.
No emailing involved.
It can do a $1000+ monthly but you have to do more work and promote your site, this course only shows you how to reach a point without much effort, beyond that as you will see is possible but will involve some extra steps but in return you will reap the benefits.

So the earning possibilities are endless considering one site earns a minimum $300 but can it not do $1k+ monthly?

No, updates are not daily or monthly, this depends on other factors not controlled by you.
No, I do not suggest any particular niche but I explain how to find niches.
I have only 4 sites currently, I had more but closed a few that wasn't performing as it should.
Yes, copy mean copy-writing, the wrong message mean low sales.
No affiliate stuff but you are free to do that as well if you choose.
You don't need to write content unless you want to gain traffic via search engines as well.
The method itself drives traffic and sales without any input from you once setup.

What do you mean by niche and copy...by copy do you mean need good copywriting?
