i can send unlimited emails? is it one time fee? who is handling the smtp? what if all emails go into spam from a clean list?

1) Every package has limit starting is 5k emails per day to 1 billion emails per day based on your package.

2) SMTP is handle by you but sending limit is based on machine which was allotted to you.

3) If you don't warmup your sending domain all emails goto spam only.
