-First of all, do you have any discount offer for your packages?

-do you have a realistic instruction manual, instead of saying 'unlimited' like with how many emails should I start with, how many more increase each day, the steps to follow whole creating an html mail etc... , as I don't want to get blacklisted or damage the system. Or do you just let us do what we want, and when we get blacklisted with the first campaign, saying like 'that's your fault, we have no warranty' or something?

-as I can see what you offer is great, if it keeps working properly for one month.

If its casual mailing you can simply place order there is no difference in the price your seeing. If you want mass mailing and SPAM you need to select options from the selection box.
