Customer brought custom Bulletproof package. So warmup of email server is compulsory .. But We have 100% inbox email services too..

You need to do a warmup schedule 100 first week with friends email to get reply or double optin confirmation for example, then increase number gradually , then you are good to go.
Best use yahoo.com emails for warmup

Yes it comes under cold mailing. Bulletproof is something protects you from spam reports and other abuse complaints. Even you have double optin list it happens.

When your doing only transnational mailing you can simply choose public instead of bulletproof.
