Finally, those turkish quasi-"programmers" at Udemy switched to use ReactJS ... and now too many of my courses I *bought* cannot be accessible.

e.g., https://www.udemy.com/course/react-the-complete-guide-incl-redux/
there is *no* button to get to the course.

Anyone's experiencing the same issues?

Hi Vintom, I've the same problem with the same course !
You can still access it using the MyCourse button menu https://www.udemy.com/home/my-courses/learning/ but this is a big bug...
Get some tips and possible solutions in the last post shared by an angel:

:)
I can't believe this is intentional!

This problem is so dumb and fucked up that one can only think that it is a bug or something like that

I can't even enroll in a single course
It is understandable

They lack of bandwidth .. to support recently I getting 502 errors etc on their website..

Their server already overloading

All these came down to $$$

Again $$$ solve the bandwidth problem.

Also the virus attack recently ...
I invite all users to complain directly to Udemy, to ask them to resolve this issue because this causes many inconveniences for many users.

Post your complain or request here:

https://support.udemy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000073074

For example:

There is an issue that does not allow me to buy courses with coupons, I only receive these error messages:

"An error occurred while trying to enroll in this course."
"We couldn't complete this purchase. Please try again."
"You have exceeded the maximum number of requests."
"Having trouble completing your purchase? Please click here for troubleshooting tips."

:(
I think you guys can understand by this

"You have exceeded the maximum number of requests."

It is in the coding of the udemy website this means they want to clamp down free courses hoarders
Seems like a case of "If it ain't broke, then let Udemy break it." I'm getting tired of not being able to use coupon codes due to "You have exceeded the maximum number of requests." errors, or "We couldn't complete this purchase. Please try again." messages, even though they are "free" courses. No combination seems to work: copy/paste URLS directly, add to shopping cart and group multiples together...really nothing works on some of these otherwise valid coupon codes.
:/

This is a perfect example that there are a Udemy ISSUES with SOME courses but NOT with ALL courses:

:/
I've been having the problems described in this thread for the last week or so, same as everyone else.

Here's my own take on what's going on, and how I deal with it. As always YMMV and I'm sure my experience is mostly individualized due to what I mention below:

-- Udemy is almost certainly FAR, FAR over capacity due to almost everyone alive on this planet with an internet connection of any type sitting in front of their screen 24/7/365 and trying not to die of The Plague. Because of this, they are both over capacity in bandwidth and processing power which gives some of the errors noted. Frankly I'm amazed they're still online at all.

--They have probably instituted some 'cheats' in their infrastructure, such as only so much bandwidth going to one IP addy (which is why changing your IP works sometimes) in some amount of time.

--They have apparently throttled processing FREE coupons down to X in a row, then getting tossed out. Whether this was deliberate, the lack of bandwidth, or just plain bad coding is debatable. I have gotten a free course via coupon, then tried again less than a minute later and gotten tossed out. Tried again 5 minutes later, NO PROBLEM.

So here's what didn't work/worked for me. Take it for what it's worth and remember what you paid for it:

DIDN'T WORK:
= Changing browsers
= Changing IP addresses
= Putting in cart first then checking out, and all variations of using Udemy when it's not processing
= Using different browsers
= Using different OS
= Using different PC
Most of the above tells me that it's mostly based on Udemy's own internals, which include at a minimum your account stats, how fast you're processing coupons, how many coupons you've used, etc.

DID WORK:
= Slow down on the coupon slamming (c'mon people, how many do you need in 1 day)
= Use the F5 refresh trick - several times if it doesn't work the first time. Works about 1/3 of the time for me
= PERHAPS only slam 1/2 the coupons you normally do. I noticed that when I didn't go to Udemy for a couple of days recently I didn't have a single problem. The next day after slamming a couple dozen coupons...OOPS! got all the symptoms noted above.

FINAL THEORY AND A PUZZLE:
= Everything's just all F**ked up beyond all recognition (FUBAR, IOW).
= If all the above is true, how come accessing all of your existing courses works pretty much like normal except for some data lag due to Inet flooding?
