Don't waste your time with this. Aside from a terrible pronounciation and Indian accent, the content is utter garbage, too. Like: Download some CC Videos from YouTube and reupload them using optimized titles and descriptions.

Mentions only onpage SEO but none of the required offpage SEO to get more views. The only stuff that was useful were those 2 PDF files which included some headlines for reputable products like the Flat Belly Fix. Aside from that, it's not worth it and just listening to this made my ears bleed...
