I never expect that in 3 days there will be so many posting on this thread.
I decided to remove the lock now, so everyone can fully see the thread now without posting on the said thread.

Imagine if all thread has a locked option, this is very bad and there will be lot of non constructive post on it.

So all locked in content should never be used on freebies section.

My sorry for testing it on this section.
I assure it will never happen again on this section.

Great decision I reckon. However, if you don't try you will never know how it would've panned out. It was tested and now we know it isn't ideal.

What we did see though, is that it flushed out a whole load of leechers that would never have posted unless they had to.
Scores of members that have been here for 5,6, even 7 years yet have little or no posts or reps to their name.
They would have just taken the download and left without as much as a 'thank you' or leaving a rep. Those people should be ashamed of themselves.

All in all, a nice little test.

There are 2 reasons:

1. CC Videos's method is highly saturated and YT started to remove the duplicated video-factory. In order to survive with this plan, you need to spend lots of time on compilation and removing any traces/signs of duplication.

2. "CC" mark is not a guarantee that this video is original. You will be approached by a real owner of the content with copyrighted issues.

3. YT traffic is not stupid. It's 2019! They've already seen one and the same video content multiple times because every college student abuses YT with this method. People will shut off your videos in 1 second. You will not get enough watch time to keep your top spots in search results/suggested videos.

There are lot of courses on the subject but they are useless.
