Normally, to activate Office 365 account, login: https://portal.office.com
On the first login, you will be prompt by Microsoft form the first time login. Please change your password.
Then, if you forgot the password, gone case, no refund.
A random account looks like this:

it is just named to represent the username with a random domain account. Nothing special about it. Convenience for me to have a quote for pricing.
Or you have a better way to name it? It is okay, we learn from each other.
I saw people used Random ID vs Custom ID :)

For custom request, your office 365 account will be in this format:
Custom ID/username: ____ @randomdomain
=> username@randomdomain
So, please just provide your username!
You cannot fix the random domain.
