"Account deactivation: We’ve determined that this Office 365 account is unauthorized. The account will be closed on October 1st, 2019 and you’ll lose access to your files and Office apps on this date."
Solved:
All affected account was been replaced with a new account.

Just purchased, i.e. Mac MS Office 365. Activation was simple and everything work OK. All up took just a couple of hours from placing order to running Office.

My customer needs to provide:
1. Office 365 username:
2. Screenshot of the message which showed your username.
Then, we will send a replacement.
HOWEVER! This is OneDrive problem. All account would have the same issue. We should wait for the MS solution.

I would suggest that using a MS service to swap a skank MS account to another skanky MS account is not best practis
I had this message on Friday with the same shutdown date and have found a solution.
I've used multcloud. No aff link, this takes you to the chrome webstore. Its free and you get 10TB of free data transfer. I have 1.5TB and in about 10hrs I am a third of the way through the transfer. Remove the spaces.

I am User68XX but reckon this solution may help you out to the point you may reward me. My experience has been when they find a few accounts they find lots, so brace yourself for incoming.
Lesson #1 Do not send other peoples customers away. Solve their problem, ease their pain and be the go to guy for solutions.
Lesson#2 Give intimate attention to people who contact you and help them. If its a onedrive problem and all accounts have the problem be the guru.
