Our Support is only ticket based at the moment.
I have been a member of their host for a couple of weeks now and so far
their support is fast and great.
They helped me to setup my website and they answered to my support tickets very fast.
My still is still not fully running but thats because of me being busy with other projects at
the moment, so as far as my expectations from the host everything is great and worth the
small investment i did.
