I found the bonus? It has cool stuff included. I think the seminar includes the details from the book? I am not sure.

Try Deeprbid or what I like to do to find updated link gen sites is this parameter: site:reddit.com "premium link generator"
set it to 1 month - 1 year in Google (time).

Look around and it should be instant. IDM (internet download manager crack) is good to use too, as it downloads faster for me.
