1-- Since its about Reddit so should have some business with posts/votes etc so one need regular work to maintain sustainable income as your post vanish with time?
2-- how much time need spend on daily basis to hit your figure (as you specified)?

Yes, you will need to make posts every day, since 24h old posts on Reddit are old, and mostly no one sees them.
I work around 2 hours every day on Reddit. Less on weekends.

Are you a reseller of this product? I find it hard to believe he is selling it on his website for the same price you are. The copy is exactly the same also.
