May I have your attention to this reply, thank you. First of all, I'd like to say sorry for some of you that have been having problem with delivery. This may sound like a total BS, especially after I wasted your time but the reason is because of my own fault.
Due to a lot of demands, my current supply cannot meet the expectation, especially after my loss from the first PayPal issue. With low pricing, we planned to get some sales going to increase the system's capability to process more in near future, with that, I was occupied with hiring new people, and at the same time I had to fulfill my duty of coaching some students. With all of these going on, I made myself a fool and disappointed almost everybody.
I thought I could restart the whole thing mid April, but again some issues arise, PayPal gave me problems, freelancers are lacking in delivering, customers are upset and students are clearly losing patients.
But there's no use looking behind, I'd like to take this opportunity to make it up with supposedly 12 customers and 12 students by devising a plan to make this work again.
Apparently, things are nasty with my angry customers, that a VA I hired to manage Skype and Email quit on her 3rd day, requesting another kind of work. So refund is available on request if needed to be but it doesn't come instantly. You see, when you order with me, I put your money to work immediately, refunding it will require me to get the money back first and then transfer here and there (if you pay with BTC, I had to transfer it to PayPal and vice versa for refund).

If you'd like a refund, please respect my authority as this BSO owner and let me dictate what should happen and when should it happen, I can assure you I am not running away with your money. Disputing, chargeback or enforcing the procedure to go your way won't help. I am stuck in the middle of you and your order, your money isn't with me when the order is processed.

Refund? Send your PayPal and/or BTC address, along with the amount ($) you paid and the receipt to this email dispute@fanoir.com, please just send one time, using caps allowed.
