No, it's a one-time use accounts. For example, an account with $100,OOO threshold means you can spend that much before your card is charged. Normally it's you spend $100,000 you pay $100,OOO, with us you just pay $20,OOO and that's it.

Ah right so with an Adwords $10,000 threshold account that means you can get $10,000 of Adwords ads and only pay a total of $2,000?

Yes, that's basically it. Your CPC, vCPM, etc still based on your bid. We're not touching that.
