How to request?

Send an email to seodenada@fanoir.com with these following information:
  1. Your order
  2. Your payment method
  3. Order Value ($)
  4. Order Receipt
  5. Your preferred refund method (PayPal/BTC)
  6. Your refund address (PayPal email address/BTC address)

Refund will be processed 1*48hr

Sorry for any inconvenience. I demand the best from people that work with me, the same with you demand the best for me, but for some, the waiting period is really ridiculous and we really understand that.

There are two things that needed to be cleared for the website to go live.

  1. Payment methods
  2. Delivery methods and security
  3. Inventory self-management
  4. Refund/replacement self-serve
  5. Inventory access restriction

Once again, I am really sorry for any inconvenience, we do hope that once all fixed, you won't mind giving us a second chance.
Why do you need a website to deliver? Simply deliver our orders first then make a website...and do your other related work..

Thanks for the update. I just sent an email. I paid via BTC. Refund is okey with PayPal or BTC.

Will buy the accounts again, once shop is back.

When using your account please avoid any attempt to change account details such use name, address, billing, email or password. In doing so, any given guarantee will be void.

By the comments I can see the person who is selling this is totally unable to delivery anything at all, I was so excited to learn this method fully but I am also not getting any response from skype.

What is going on? Does someone really gt anything from him or not?
I wait for a week already, there are more like 10 guys waiting for weeks, and the most patient guy here he waiting for like 6 weeks already, that is a month and a half.

Ask for an account: delay with so many reasons
Ask for a Refund: we still try to confirm some informations

Basiclly he will not take action, just try to delay anything with whatsoever reason he have. You will see soon he reply something here with reason like computer crash, card issue, or busy holiday, busy making video, busy with fixing website, "i hire VA already and she will take care anything" but she is not even online on SKYPE for days tho :D

I got email with access code to get account last night.
Unfortunately, It not worked, I contacted support and he replied that he is looking at it.

As you previously said, VA s won't work in weekends. So, we will get any update in coming Monday ?

You are the seller, you have to take responsibility.

Atleast you can send the account details and RDP info in notepad file after verified purchase.

This is my 21st waiting day.
