guys it says on oto file cannot be extracted.
how do i fix this
You might want to try 7-zip which pretty much unzip everything without problem. Or try an online unzip tool like Extract.me.

I threw away a bunch of old blueprints when cleaning out after my father died. Every day I kick my own ass for that.
