The OTO1 is 60 Sets of Royalty Free “High Resolution” VINTAGE Patent. The link to the sales page is in the PDF. Do a quick google search of the items and you can quickly find all these prints. I found the Star Wars ones in 2 minutes.
The OTO2 is backgrounds. Not sure how you'd get them to show through without going through and unmasking each area which would take time. If anyone has a quick way of explaining it, it would be nice to know.

I don't have the OTO but I found backgrounds that would work with google, here is the link to the OTO2 - < vintage blueprints cash bonanza . com/oto2/ >(put the link back together.)
I'm using Fireworks for my graphics and I don't know of a fast way to remove the background except going in with the magic wand tool and erasing each area which can take a long time.
