Hi, I have opened ticket, this wordpress site has been down for two days. [Ticket ID: 331022] This site can’t be reached......
Kindly look into this matter. I have written a generous review earlier, but this seems to be happening every two months. Can PM me privately as well as mention in ticket what's happening and steps taken.
Edit: As of today they have replied to my ticket "We have issue with datacenter network, and still working".

Just pitching in here to maybe help in clarifying some of the bad reviews made recently of this service...as my experience was nothing like what others have written, and I did have this service for a year.
1.
Why did I leave it ??
Because the year I signed up for was as a test - which was successful, but I left because another service I've been with for many years made me a really great offer that suited me better.
2.
Support quality:
I got replies both via email and their ticket system in acceptable times, considering that we are in different TZs.
3.
Downtime:
Just a VERY tiny bit during an entire year - known for sure as I run 24/7 monitoring.
As to the info added here by others lately - this IS a blackhat site, so please take into consideration that many users do not know that they can get 100% locked out of hosting automatically if/when they do things that either cause their IP to get blacklisted, or by violations of the provider's TOU.
There are also some really simple things which can get entire accounts locked out, like if their computer drops connections and they have to log into cPanel or WHM too many times, too quickly.
Moral of this story:
Lots of hosting users end up blaming good providers for errors that are NOT the provider's fault - and get very angry when they are told what it was that THEY did which actually made the problem.
Let us also consider spammers, gamers who misuse hosting and also those who do less terrible things - like file storage that is not allowed.
Hosting is a demanding occupation for anyone who wants to get any time off for such silly things as sleeping or eating - it is very hard, endless work - and some compassion for the providers is a very good idea IMO !!

Thank you for your comment, last review is not for reseller/hosting server, they use free hosting and some time many account using bad code that causing load slow. Note: for free hosting server we not use antivirus or malware scanner and we can not guarantee any issue, so we hope user on free hosting have understanding.

After using wpfastest (ikihost old brand name) services for about a year I wanted to take up a paying package but at that time was invited as a BBHF member to enroll in a free hosting package with reasonable specs. The service is good (see my review above) but lately about 5 to 6 days ago my site went down. Service provider did answer my ticket with "we r doing the best we can due to datacenter problems".
I am still hoping that the site will be back soon intact so that can continue my work.

Perhaps some members here can relate their experience suggest whether I should wait further or consider this a lost cause?
For the past one week plus my site has been down, have opened ticket earlier, support asks to be patient since they are trying to resolve datacenter problems. But I need the site back, its a simple wordpress installation for business. No malicious scripts etc etc.
Now the ticket has been closed, I have attempted to open it back. I trust the operator who is also a fellow BBHF member, who invited BBHF members to this quality free hosting package some time ago, will follow up.
(They are having fasting month and will soon celebrate AidilFitri this week.)
