All my sites are BACK DOWN, once again, the there main site is Down Again, this is a JOKE, Pissing me off....and I can not access my sites DB, nothing but errors.....Oh Let me Guess, you are still Migrating to a new Bigger Server Right? I am LOSING MONEY on All my sites. What a Mistake....
Oh and before you tell me to open a support ticket...I can't because your site is down...

I'm waiting for a response on my ticket and I will provide the cause what was wrong. Because I have more then 5 paid hosting companies and I'm trying every host here on BBHF here is what I'm going to tell you.
Don't just jump on every cheap solution that comes here on BBHF.
Have a website/domain to test every cheap shit that comes up here.
For your serious websites have a serious hosting and please....PAY FOR IT.
Instead of HOPING the server is going to be up....KNOW THAT SERVER WILL BE UP.
If you don't do this and try to jump on every cheap solution.....THEN THERE IS ONLY ONE THING LEFT FOR YOU....HOPE.
And Please don't beech about this guys server being down. It is.
Live with it or move on.

As for the OP...Please don't promise something that you can't do. Respond to your tickets on time even it's your mistake. APOLOGISE to the people that trust you. They will wait for you here.

This provider has been up and down a bit too much since this offer, but this is common for new-ish providers, especially when most do not tell you that they are just reselling others' (master ??) reseller hosting as if it is their own server.
The key question which is most often
lied about is
server ownership.
Aside of that - I can say with 100% truthfulness that within the decade since I got my 1st domain and hosting that it doesn't seem to matter whether hosting is high ticket or low,
the failures and sudden disappearances of hosting providers happens too often for any pattern to prevail.
My words of advice, take 'em or leave 'em:
Always keep more than one provider and manage your own DNS to allow quick switch-overs
WHEN they are needed !!

I opened tickets more than 4 days ago and it has been closed twice without any reply.
I have some issue that needed to be solved but no support to be found. Sigh!
I already transfer my domain there and further more bought another domain there too.
I began to wonder if i did a mistake. I will wait few more days and see, otherwise I will ask for refund.
