I was just speaking with my wife about the building and selling websites model just yesterday.

We've been researching how to get on the property market with the goal of buying a house for ourselves and eventually buying one to flip and resell.

I mentioned instead of buying, fixing up and flipping houses, why not do the same with existing businesses? That way we don't need to get a 25 year mortgage and all the stress that comes with it.

With that idea in mind we started researching and low and shiver mi timbers mi lad, we found a site where people are buying and selling online businesses.

The problem is however, the buying prices are waaay waaaaaaaay over our budget!

Not one to give up easily, I thought, when in Rome, do as the Romans do, as in, why not build a site I can sell and get started that way. And then if by magic, I stumbled across your BSO today!

Questions:

1. You're now approaching almost a year since you launched your site, how is it doing now? I'm in no way questioning your integrity, but I've read all the way through this thread but have not seen any more proof screenshots since August 2017. I understand that your asset is seasonal, but if you don't mind sharing, what is its' current status?

2. Can you please share a link(s) (not yours of course) to places where similar Amazon sites are listed for sale.

3. If I take on your coaching, I'd be prepared to invest up to 2 hours a day, five days a week for one full year. Given that and assuming that I have $1000 budget - what kind of asset, as in the sale price value (just take a ballpark guess based on your experience) can be built in that space of time?

4. I consider myself to be an advanced marketer in other areas, but a complete newbie to this kind of project. I would need a degree of hand-holding until I can run, call it "stabilizers on a bicycle if you will" - Just how far do you go with your Skype consulting sessions?

5 If I was to take you up on your coaching, what time zone are you in?

Thanks for stopping by. Yes, buying and selling websites has become a big deal. It's a very profitable business. But yes you need a lot of money to buy an established website. Rather than that, you can just work from scratch on a website for like 1 year and after that you can sell your website for 20x-30x value of your monthly income. Which makes this business model very profitable.

It will be my pleasure to answer all your query...

1. Yes, I haven't posted any update for the last few months. Sorry about that. I am happy to tell you that I have made around $1200, $1500 and $1200 in Oct, Nov and December. And I have updated my thread with the screenshots as well. You can check them out if you want.

2. On empireflippers you can see many sites like that. For example see this one: https://empireflippers.com/listing/44144/ which selling price is $28,030. You can also go through their marketplace.

3. No one can tell you how much exactly you will make. I can tell you fancy things but I won't. All I can say that if you follow my advice and take proper action, of course, you will be making a decent amount of money and 2 hours per day is good.

4. This is not rocket science so nothing to worry lol. You will be just fine and I will be there for you. Basically I will share class videos and you will watch them and get back to me. From class 3 you will start your own research and I will monitor everything all the way. And I won't leave you at any point. I will be with you until you have success.

5. Time zone won't be a problem as I am online 16 hours a day. We will set our mutual time for sure.

It really depends on the project itself. And how you are gonna scale things up. And yes, the cost will be for content and backlink.
