My review so far: I joined this coaching program a little while ago but was busy for a while. Op kept checking on me to see how far I had gotten which was really nice. He did not have to do that. Most people just take your money and disappear. Anyway, I finally got some free time to work on it and I pm'ed him about my status. We had a 1-1 session to decide on which path to take and sent me off to do some work and come back with an update. So far it's been pretty good because he guides you and helps you get past any hurdles. I'm still in the early stages since I started late but this is a very important stage and he has been there for me. If you are looking for someone to support you along the way, this is the program for you. Remember you have to do the work and this is not a get rich quick program. If you have patience and the right mindset, you can't go wrong. Forget all the shiny, one-click shiny objects!!! I will provide updates when I have something new to report. Right now I have to get back to work on this project for the next few months. Thanks OP!
Hi.. Nice to see your thread, actually I'm really interested.. But I must think for the budget because it's a little to high for me even though I know it's kind of cheap.
I have some question:
1. Let say, I already have learn much.. But I still haven't success till now and I take your coaching, and again let's assume that I am a fast learner.. Can we fast forward a little for the coaching? I'm saying this not to skip any lesson.. But, just want to know if I can make it more faster than 6 month?
2. I already have amazon niche site ( that still didn't work out, not many sales at all ), can you help me fix that too? Since it's like a case study so I can know why am I not successful with my first site.
3. Is it possible to making backlink manually and rank high on google ( assume that I already learn keyword research from you and it's great keyword ), but actually I don't really know the topic? for Example, I'm a man, but I want to selling anti aging for woman.

Hello mate, thanks for showing interest. Here are your answers:
1. Sure it can be fast forward. The coaching itself isn't 6 months. It's basically 2 months or 8 weeks. BUT mainly it's a project based coaching so I give the classes r help along with your project work. So, if you are fast with that I have no problem to fast forward things and make it quick.
2. That's great that you already have experience. First, I need to see your website then I can suggest you that if you can go forward with that or you need a new one.
3. Sure, we do backlinks manually. Just sit and expecting to get natural backlink don't work lol. And niche research then kw research is the most important phase of our project if that is done wrong the project is gonna fail. But with my coaching you will get necessary videos and most importantly direct guidance from me.

What kind of maintenance is required to keep the ranking and earnings? Is it new contents and link building? If they were outsourced, how much would the cost be monthly?

PBN still works but it's risky for sure. I don't use PBN and don't recommend as well if you are taking this business as a long term business. When I can get quality guest post links investing less money than PBN (will show how) then why would I put my business into risk? I teach and do greyhat SEO mostly not blackhat.
Basically, I take this business as a serious and long term business where I would prefer to wait for results rather than using blackhat stuffs to get quick result which can ruin the business.

At some point the website will reach to a passive income model. That means without doing almost anything the website will keep earning. That's when you can sell your site for 20x-30x value of your average monthly income.
But if you don't wanna sell and still enjoy month by month income and even increase the earning, I would say a very little work is needed. Suppose a few article per month and few backlinks here and then. Basically that will depend on you and your website. Suppose it's generating 1k per month. I wouldn't mind outsource the maintenance (article and backlink) for $100-$200. It will add more value and the income will increase even more.
