I should say it is none of my business whatever you promote but I would just address it like "U need 301 redirection in different domains to the domain in question if you want to run ads in different accounts with same LP" .
Also, after the $250 is used up, dumping the account is what people do as this is not a permanent account, it is called "CHURN N' BURN" . No permanent account should be sold less than $300 if the seller is in his sense..
