I've never tried the gamble, once a credit is finished in one account , what I do is just pointing another domain to the website via the Addon section of my Cpanel in order to run traffic to the same Landing page

What I offer here is Adwords account that if purchased, u are guaranteed to spend $100 on it and that's all.

If you are selling adwords account with $100 coupon voucher in it, you ARE the one in a position to explain it, in fact your are obligated to do it.
In order a voucher can be credited, adwords requires an advertiser spend $25.
Have you already spent the $25 or do we need to spend $25?
After you spend $25 in adwords will take it fro the credit, BUT after 30 days or so, it will charge you the $25 from CC, if you already spent the $100 credit voucher.

Well, I can say this question is somehow un-neccesary since all what you after is to spend the $100 ads credit u bought the account for and u are done.

However, The answer to your question is something complex and I can't dare throwing up pointless explanation on something already summarized coz diving into it can make a lot of people believing the $25 is to be spent from their own cards and they might not bother to ask Questions.
