I just followed the steps as mentioned by cybersoft in the video file,They are Very Easy to follow and i got my new Mobile number Verified paypal account in less than 10 mins.
Also received VPN and another software which helps in creating the account.Thanks for these Tools
Overall A Good BSO that Works Perfect 10

a few questions :

are you able to withdraw money to a US Bank account (payoneer)
any way to link a card (to lift the whole limit)
are we able to use the paypal account as a business acount (say to link it to shopify - using paypal express checkout)
using this method have you got any accounts shut down ? how risk free is this ?
maxiumum time you have used one of the accounts for (how long have you used an account you created using this method)

The method is very easy and everything told in the Tutorials step by step. Just created and verified an account through this method. Tools are also provided by OP for if you want to create another account without any problem

My Review about this BSO:
It was happened yesterday. I opened BBHF after a few hours since waking up from the bed. I don't used to stick to cyber world immediately after getting from bed.

I was noticed that I was sent a message by the cybersofts. Never expected to get a review copy from, because you know many sellers reject to give review copies even for the members who have had trust and reputation.

Immediately I opened and downloaded the stuff. It's awesome—it's not only about one benefit, it has multiple benefits.

1) You can create US based PayPal accounts from your homeland or in any area you're living. What you need is Internet (Smile).

I thought I couldn't make a US based PayPal if I'm outside US. But this BSO shows it wrong and you can create those accounts.

2) It shows how to bypass phone verification.
In other words, it's soul of the method and you can utilize for best.

3) I thought some useful VPN's don't come for free or cheap. But this BSO gave me wonderful VPN with no charge.

He also provide/suggest software with working key (tested myself - OK).
