I just followed his/her instruction and got brand new personal U.S Paypal account (PVA). Find below screenshoot
Instructions and video tutorial is straight forward and no pluff.
He also provide/suggest software with working key (tested myself - OK).

Thanks to cybersoft for the Review copy. Here is My review
I just followed the steps as mentioned by cybersoft in the video file,They are Very Easy to follow and i got my new Mobile number Verified paypal account in less than 10 mins.
Also received VPN and another software which helps in creating the account.Thanks for these Tools
