I already knew the verification method. I have been using it for youtube and few other websites. But never used it for paypal. I'm not from uSA so this method helps getting a phone verified USA pp.

2. This method is simple
3. This method works
4. Many additional account creations can be done once you understand the steps of this method

In addition you receive several elements which are very helpful
1) Free VPN
2) Finding the correct address of your IP
3) Bonus: How to bypass Paypal phone verification
NB: I will have added a bonus: How to get a free card (maybe this in future)

Conclusion:

- I NEVER TRIED PAYONEER!

any way to link a card (to lift the whole limit) - Yes, of course! why not? you can link your card even VCC!

are we able to use the paypal account as a business acount (say to link it to shopify - using paypal express checkout) - The method I SHARE in the Training explains everything, It's about U.S PayPal PVA Account creation both Personal and Business!

All I know is my method works just fine not just for PayPal but the whole other services out there that require U.S PVAs.
