That's totally up to you, you might be selling the accounts or offering it as service , also phone-verifying a Paypal acct increases the security and credibility of your existing USA Business/Personal paypal account..

Here is the thing with paypal:

Verifying a paypal account in order you can withdraw/spend money you received via sales, is very difficult.

Many are confusing and think that having a mobile confirmed paypal account is the same as phone verified.

Verified Paypal has less restrictions, but to verify them it's a double-step process. You need a real US based number. You can confirm your mobile at the begining, but if you sell something and receive money using that paypal account, your money will be hold for at least 21 days, and if its a larger sum, possibly it will require a further ID confirmation.

If this BSO offers to REALLY verify accounts then it would be great, if just is for mobile confirmed accs, then Paypal accounts won't last much.

Lol. Well,there is no way Paypal would hold your money for 21 days if whatever you sell is not illegal or raises some type of attention e.g drugs .

As far as my 4 years of heavy usage of Paypal is concerned , requirement of US number for you to make payment is totally off point and I doubt this has ever happened before as the main reason phone verification is required is to increase the credibility and security of your account .And for the double-step process,when did it start please? I'm confused !

And for your last paragraph "If this BSO offers to REALLY verify accounts then it would be great," , I would like to make this known that Paypal requires different type of them and they are different things entirely and no where have any connection to mobile verification .(Utility bill verification ,id card verification and millitary bill verification) and they don't just come up,they do when your activity trigger them (recieving a lof disputes,recieving huge amount of money) .

To make things simpler, if I open a new paypal account following your method, and I receive a payment the buyer will read in his paypal detailed bill : 'This account is verified' then your BSO does that: verifies accounts.

But if the buyer reads in his paypal bill : 'This account is non verified' then your BSO only gives a way to confirm your phone number and your account shows as 'mobile confirmed' .

In any case, I just wanted to make sure of what you are offering, and I hope you get sales.

Seriously, I'm tired and really surprised on how you are mixing things already clearly stated. This course is focused only on Phone verification because I believe it is probably the hardest for many as there are more than enough vcc and VBA providers online that could get your account Card and bank verified with no issue unlike mobile verification that may still need the future use of the phone number used, probably to reset password or to re-verify the account and that's exactly what this BSO shows how to do .
