-No , my method has nothing to do with Credit card , it focus only on the phone verification part of Paypal and Facebook.

No, sorry. you have to buy the BSO to test if it works for Craigslist yourself and if it didn't, it concerns me not coz this BSO is specifically created for Facebook and PayPal.
