I think the new signature rule, if unmodified, will be the beginning of the end of the BBHF, as veterans knew it!

What is your reasoning behind that? The point of BBHF is all the great stuff that gets shared here, it's not a free advertising platform. (Although we tolerate that to a degree in the self spam section where it can be more easily moderated.)

Integrate Sendgrid and Mailpoet both.

This is the best way if you are looking for Free method.
