No comparison at all.

1) Firstly for very very limited use Adicted charges $19.97 per month.
For one year its $239.64
And for their premium charge, its $49.97 per month or $599.64 for a year.

Here, you only pay $30 one time payment.

2) Even their premium $49.97 cannot compete with Adsviser.
It merely gives results of ads + likes + comments + shares

Adsviser gives some much more spying activity

Conclusion. No comparison at all.
