Mainly in English.
That's where the bulk of the data base is in.
But I just tested and obtained results in French.

There is specific country targeting to
1) Australia
2) Canada
3) France
4) New Zealand
5) United Kingdom
6) United States
7) Others

As you can see, except for France, the rest are all English speaking countries.
The key is actually to find the ads you found from the software and try to come up with something similiar. These are ads that are converting.
So it gives you ideas as to what type and design of ads are doing well and getting likes, comments, clicks etc.
