We could not bill if you canceled a subscription profile. That's not in our hand. We don't save any card/PayPal information. So, the claim you are doing is not realistic at all. You have been charged because when you subscribed to our service you agreed to pay the recurring payment for the service.
We have got notification from the stripe that you canceled your subscription today after stripe charged your card on file. So, it's totally a false statement that we charged without your permission or we charged even after you canceled the subscription.
For refund and other concern, you need to contact and negotiate with the support desk. We have not done anything Scam or Shady. So, it's a pure misunderstanding. You can not get a refund by declaring us as SCAM even after the fault is yours. That doesn't make any sense.

The 75% discount is for the first month only. And you have agreed with that terms when you purchased. We clearly mentioned that in the purchase terms that you will be charged full amount from next month. If you want, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You have an option in your dashboard to cancel. But, we can not do a refund until it's our fault and we are not able to fix it.

Can you please give me a screenshot or any proof where exactly we said that the 75% discount is for a lifetime? I clearly mentioned that the 75% discount if for the first month only even paypal notify you when you create the automatic payment profile that how much you will be charged after each 30 days. So, If you are blind that's not my fault. You have no right to call me a scammer. We have more than 500 customers base. All of them cannot be wrong.
