On the 28th of January I purchased keywordtool.io. I should have known I had a problem when they took 2 days to active the product. Once the product was ready for download it came with no username and password, making keywordtool.io pretty useless.

Be careful when dealing with these guys. They are not professional and take very long to respond. When the fault is there side, they wont refund your money.
I have lodged a PayPal dispute hoping to receive my money back.
Very unprofessional team of people to deal with. The whole experience has been awful and just comes off as being scammed.
Find a better person to get your tools from.

Our tools are working fine. If you don't know how it works, then it's not our fault. We have provided you the service and it is working for all but you. We have asked a video just to understand where you are stuck but you refused to do so. That shows your dishonesty. We don't provide a refund if our tools are working fine. YOu agreed with our terms of service before purchase.
Also, our website is working perfectly fine. We asked you to clear the cache and cookie from your browser but you did not even do that. So, please stop behaving like a kid. You have disputed the payment in paypal. We will say whatever evidence we have in our hand over there.
