Yep I just checked the license manager today but unfortunately it is still disabled.
Will deliver all the files and licenses anytime today.

Unfortunately the LICENSE MANAGER is not working till now. We still need to wait more hours.
Once its already working, I will start generating all the licenses and will distribute it to all the members of this bso.
