No idea why you need not nulled plugin... anyway use the wp plugin install system to install it HERE
This method of nulled dont work for automatic updates, anyway i'm keeping the plugin updated with the last version so is not a problem....
just overwrite all plugin folder and you use the last version....

Your Yoast SEO Premium license is inactive which means you're missing out on updates and support! Activate your license or get a license here."
