Ok Fixed guys. Figured it out.

So if you were running Loomys version you need to follow these steps. You dont need to uninstall then removed the db for this to work. Just follow the instructions.

1) De active Loomys version, then Uninstall it from WP.
2) Upload the version from this thread. After you upload it, don't enable it yet!
3) Go into the db and remove the table called wordpress-seo-premium_license. Delete it. YOU MUST DELETE IT!!!!
4) Now activate 2.3.4. This adds a new table called yoast-seo-premium_license. You will find in at the end of the _options table use the >> button to get there.
5) Refresh your db and enter the key into the yoast-seo-premium_license table as in OP's #1 message and save it.
6) In WP click on ENTER LICENSE and ENTER 00112233445566778899 and click SAVE. Now you may have to click ACTIVATE!

That fixes it!

Thanks for explaining the fix...
A more short way is to delete the table "wordpress-seo-premium_license" from db, replace the folder of plugin on host using ftp or web based, deactivate and reactivate the plugin and it works.
The table isn't appearing for me in DB. Help?

a1: try to view 500 or more rows and search it...
a2: if (!a1)
{
enter serial number random when ask for licence;
goBack to a1;
follow steps on 1st page OR read post#73;
}

enjoy
