Hi, i've checked online and on localhost and on both its working fine... probably you did something wrong, as i can see from the pictures seems you'r not esecuting the query on the right place so please check it again or may be it can be more simple for to to clean the db after you uninstall the plugin and just reinstall and follow the procedure.

(clean dhe db i mean every info related to wp_yoast, or yoast_seo, just find entries on db with a search and delete the data)

i did exactly what u said in ur first post but it worked in my 1 site only not in other ..... so itried something else ...
1 .. install yoast from first page
2 activate it
3 put any fake number in reg key
4 go to phpmyadmin > database>wp-options>browse> search yoast> and edit the value
5. for all it should work but for me it gave me same error so
6 i deactivated the yoast
7 edit the value again and re activated it
8.. now its working fine for me
