I'm interested also with this plugin but on your video I saw that the plugin is also hiding images not just only the external links, well isn't it that yoast seo plugins encourages or requires images with alt tags on posts or pages for better rankings? Can you please explain this part because it seems contradicting and I don't want either that google can't see the images on my posts, is it possible to just hide only the external links on images only?

I am afraid thats how it works. If you do not want the image to be hidden then do not create any hyperlink on the image so Link Ninja can't hide them or you can whitelist the domain of the link if you need it to be shown so that Link Ninja ignores it.
