Most modern themes use their own sitebuilder. Gone are the days when you have to download buttons for your site. All the sitebuilders include shortcodes for buttons etc.
Does this plugin work with sitebuilders, in shortcodes?
I'm also curious about the Pretty Link question or any other Link cloaker. Will plugin work just as well?

As stated on the FAQ, Link Ninja works in conjunction with Pretty Link.
