Just a question: How do we know when an offer has been paused or anything like that, because dont we as site owners have to let affiliate's know when an offer has been paused or anything like that. Because it one thing to run the site but its another thing to run it properly and let affiliate's know whats going on with the offers, how does this work ?

When you fetch the offers, old offers are deleted and only the current offers are fetched. So I recommend you fetch the offers once daily.
Or/And you can also disable some offers manually in the admin.
Let's say you receive an email from adgatemedia with offers update, you can adjust your offers.

The script pulls the offers directly from the feed of the networks so it is up to the networks to maintain their offers. It is inevitable that some offers will get paused (or not working for a certain time). I have seen offers not working on adworkmedia and adgatemedia but it does not last.
You should not worry about that too much ;-)
