there's def something different from the installation instructions, they show diff options and plugins. You cant edit the nex forms to send to your own email as the wrong version is bundled. and there is no map option as per the instructions

to get rid of that top bar just click appearance > customize >notification panel (untick)

for the slider got to revolution slider , then double click Home Seo (seo) to make changes.

in the zip there is a documentation folder with videos / docs etc :) worth walking through.
how do you know that plugin is clean, have you scanned?

Only this from package - didnt buy it standalone also dont have it from other theme
