The only thing different from every other mobile website product, is that they're getting their leads by going through mobile apps for cities/towns/chambers of commerce etc and finding businesses listed on them that don't have a mobile site. Then they use this as one of the selling points: Mobile app linking to non mobile site = not good for your business.

Not a bad way to do it if you want to sell mobile sites, but obviously it's not as easy as every product creator says it is.

He clearly got lucky with the 30k deal because one guy owned 10 businesses and wanted mobile sites for all of them plus an app.
