On a personal note, I'm a little embarrassed that I haven't yet had the chance to read this freakin' pdf! Been busy working - setting up a couple of sales funnels and sending out emails for prospecting on something else.
Now that I have that done, I can take a look at this MOM method!

@dashisiong: If you have that issue (where the biz owner/webmaster won't give up the ftp/site access), that's fine - don't worry!
Just zip up the stuff you have for them to add to their site and give the webmaster the instructions to do it.
Optionally, you could upcharge for that. Or for doing it for them!

wow.. in depth there sorry.. but the self hosting set up will help where they can run the site themselves and go from there. that builds trust when they see that your able to do that.. but most of all keep at it..
