Hi vickerz...
don't panic. Facebook changed a lot on their API. Yossi is working on it. I think as a customer you should got an eMail with the informations about. Every Post or Fanpage scraper isn't working at the Moment so please be patient. You can use the chrome plugin for scraping Graph Search Results meanwhile.
It's all in the eMail you got.

Unfortunately, these updates also hit other APIs based software.

I like that you continue to stay on top of the software updates throughout multiple Facebook changes. That speaks volumes for your service and commitment to your customers. I would like to purchase SLG as soon as it's back online and operational.
BTW, If I were to purchase today, would I have a scraper available to use for the time being as I know you sent out another "UIDextractor software".
I'm in need of a scraper as I have a ton of campaigns I will be releasing in the next few days.

today i got the Mail for the new SLG. Yos wrote that the new tool will be a chrome plugin...Is this like anyaudience where you can just download a part of the likes a post got. I think facebook shows only up to 500 in a list even the post got 10,000s

Dont Like New Ver :D Its in CHrome Based.
Im like old version, like design software.
+ Can choose More Gruop and Page. Not now, can choose only 1.
+ Friendly to use.
+ Choose Gruop or fanpage Highest like or member. Just a click. Not find by hand in 4.0
+ New Ver will Stop when i change tab. And Continue if back =.="

Can we use SLG to scrap UIDS and have another software or program to convert them into emails?

I`m sorry to say, but the new SLG is a HEAVY disappointment for buyers like us. I LOVED the old version, and it was very useful.
Compared to the old version, this is a quickfix looking thingie. I mean we can`t even extract from likes, shares and comments anymore. This brings us to active Facebook users to promote too. This is going to damage a lot of campaigns of the buyers and their clients.
However, facebook lead chef is still working fine and fast. This is a working alternative for now.
I also do understand that it is not the fault of the developers! My respect to them, facebook is just one step ahead from now :)
