I was having some trouble 3 days ago about the software so I decided to add Sasha on Skype and she was so kind asked me questions about my problem and helped me troubleshoot the problem that I was experiencing.

She asked me to download TeamViewer and she fixed the issue by using my computer remotely and after that my problem was solved already. Not more than 10 minutes was spent, she is really good at fixing this software.

And also, with all the products I've bought online, Sasha was the only one who actually didn't made me wait 24 hours to fix my issue.

TL;DR

Problem: some glitch about freeze

Solution:
1. Update Adobe Air
2. Make sure you use the date feature (adjust it 8-12 months backward)
3. Relog on FB

Sasha is the best :D

I can still see the goldmine this software provides... but Facebook requires an APP ID when uploading UID's to a custom audience (I can't image you are uploading the @facebook.com emails)

So please can someone explain?

Hi thank you for your inquiry, yes you don't need any AP ID when uploading @facebook.com emails to your custom audience :)

Today I wanted to scrap the pages manually picked by me and found I can only did it one by one. Can I add and scrape them all one time?
