For member benefit, I'll go into more detail of where software is as of this writing:


1st - The main problem from what I can see is that FB has created difficulty in retrieving particular members from the last 250 page likes and comments.

Areas affected - Page and Post Tabs, as well as the dups feature
Areas not affected - Groups, Places, Events and People Tabs


I'm only guessing here, but its likely the reason that the Groups, Places, Events and People Tabs are still working is because they do not query the FB Likes or Comments features for member UIDs that have been impacted in recent FB changes.


Summary: The Social Lead Gold software is slightly deprecated, but STILL EFFECTIVELY pulls FB member emails from
the groups, places, events and people tabs.

I want to confirm how I understand Social Lead Hunter to work:


Is the main qualification for SLH to work is for the active webpage to host any version of a FB Social Plugin containing a Like or Share button to the prigin Fanpage? if so, then I can say unequivocally that SLH is not working properly either.


My copy is fully installed and activated. However, when I Press the Collect button, the status goes waiting as it should but the extension is not downloading members! I just tried to "collect" members from a MOZ page and it failed, as it has on many qualifying over these past few days...


I be grateful if you DO NOT make this more than it is... Which is a simple problem notification to instigate an appropiate support response!

CRAZY AWESOME!!! I discovered it last night! Was amazed - it seems to depend on the page being scraped but its a great improvement.

Love this software! I want to promote it to my list but need to educate them a bit first.

Most people thinking using Custom Audiences on FB is dead but here we are rocking it.
