So it's one of those two... Just try lowercase... Then all caps.
If one isn't working all small letters, try it all caps but
i have opened all of them this way...

One last hilarious thing is that I was all excited to get this, but to me it is far too vague and doesn't do anything to show me more than basic principles.
Maybe I am missing something but this is the most basic of information on FB marketing and there is no way this product is worth the $37 the author is selling it. This seems more like his outline for a product.

Nope, not missing a thing. Funny how 5 thread pages can be generated by hordes of newbies over not having the password to read basic information that is all over the Internet.
People will always want what they can't have or what is just slightly beyond their reach - no matter how simple or worthless the information.
You weren't expecting to find the formula for converting lead in to gold on Facebook, were you?

Yes indeed.
I may be new here but I've learned that if I read everything I may get a few little bits of gold, but usually there is nothing much to the information.
The difference is huge programs like traffic Genesis (which i badly want still if anyone has it) which literally train step by step.
